The house embodies a spirit that is both romantic and chic, offering a sense of effortless elegance that will captivate your soul.

In 1990, the owners discovered this hidden gem and embarked on a journey to transform it into the haven it is today. Over the years, two significant restorations took place, with the most recent one occurring in 2001. However, the true transformation occurred during the winter of 2017 when the pool underwent a complete revamp.

At Koukla House, you will be embraced by a unique blend of history, passion, and dedication to providing an authentic experience.

Simple, Stylish and relaxing
The house is fresh even in the most hot days. The two bedrooms and the living room feature air conditioning.

The master bedroom has a stunning view towards the pool and then sea. The kids bedrrom has an ensuite bathrrom and a separate entrance that guarantees an additional layer of privacy.

The bathrooms have been restored in 2015, featuring a country-chic look with their resin-finished floors.
